City Center: If you stay in the central area, we pick you up at your hostel. Outside Center: Staying at The Space (SJDS) or Treehouse (Granada)? You’ll need to meet us at a central location. Contact us for the best spot. San Juan del Sur: Most tours start from the Mantra office or the port. Changes: Need to change your pickup location? Send us a WhatsApp or email in time!

Most tours are all-inclusive, except for these volcano fees (payable in cash on-site): Cerro Negro: $10 | Telica: $5 | El Hoyo: $10. All other tours have no hidden costs.

This depends on your hostel or the specific tour operator. Most hostels have a luggage room for their guests. Hola Hola Tours does not provide separate storage services.

Most tours require a minimum of 2 people. If you are alone, we will try to match you with another group. If that’s not possible or the date doesn't work for you, we will refund 100% of your deposit, no questions asked.
