The tour includes an English speaking guide, transport to and from volcano. You will return to León around 1pm.

Your Volcano Boarding adventure: What to expect
The hike
The hike to the summit of Cerro Negro takes about 45 minutes to an hour. Our experienced guides will lead you through the loose volcanic terrain and share fascinating stories about the volcano’s history and geology. It's a challenging medium climb, but the panoramic views from the top are more than worth the effort.
The ride
This is the moment you've been waiting for. After a quick safety briefing, you'll put on your protective gear and take your place at the top of the steep slope. You sit on a custom-made wooden board, with your feet acting as brakes. You'll control your speed by shifting your body weight and leaning back. The ride down is a thrilling, dusty, and incredibly fast experience, with a rush of wind and adrenaline that will leave you with an unforgettable memory.

Your safety is our top priority. At Hola Hola Tours, we provide all the necessary protective equipment, including a full-body suit, gloves, and goggles to protect you from the volcanic ash. Our guides are experts in guiding both beginners and experienced boarders and will give you all the instructions you need to complete the descent safely.
