We require a 15% deposit to secure your group's reservation. This initial payment allows us to begin making the necessary arrangements with our local operators, guaranteeing your spot and ensuring a reliable travel plan. Once your custom itinerary is confirmed, you will receive a comprehensive travel document that includes your full schedule and a clear payment breakdown. The remaining 85% will be paid directly to each operator in cash as you receive their service, a fair and transparent process that supports local businesses.
